  5. What is PayPal?

    Paypal allows you to order from us without using a credit card or sharing any personal financial information. Any individual customer or business with an e-mail address can order online using PayPal. You will need to visit the PayPal web site to set up an account. Once your account is set up, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. PayPal offers 100% protection against unauthorized purchases.     No. Approximately 95% of our items are in stock. Orders will be shipped with all items that are in stock. Backordered items will be deleted from your order and you will not be charged for backordered items.

  9. When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during the week day and on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

    Day 1 of shipping begins the next day following order placement. Please note that should an item not be in stock at time of order, shipping time will begin only once your credit card has been charged (or when we have the item in stock). Approximately 95% of what is listed is in stock.
